It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992. The second house is a rectangular, two-story, two-bay, log house dating to the second quarter of the 19th century. The house features decorative interior painting, which probably dates from the 1890s. A library and bathroom were added in the early-20th century. The main house was built between 18, and is a two-story, three bay, brick Italianate style I-house. Harnsberger Farm, also known as Golden Creek Farm, has two historic homes and farm located near Shenandoah, Rockingham County, Virginia. They also get to go to their new homes after getting plenty of the excess puppy energy out of their systems. Having this amount of space and freedom allows them the opportunity to go away from the rest of the group to go potty, keeping them clean and setting them up for not wanting to poop/pee near their sleeping or playing areas, making housebreaking much easier. They also have 24/7 access to a huge indoor play area where they get to experience the sights and sounds of goats, horses and cats (our cats love and hang out with and choose to sleep with the puppies:) They also learn cat manners early on. When they reach 6 weeks old and need way more space to stretch their legs and run and play, they move up to their own Heated/ Air Conditioned puppy room with a doggy door and access to their own securely fenced yard where they can explore grass, dirt and sunshine. Our puppies are all born in the house and spend the 1st 6 weeks in my bedroom and the kitchen, growing up hearing all sorts of daily house activities. Weekly Deliveries to Golden Bay and Nelson area. Our dogs all have amazing temperaments and live a wonderful free life here on 24 acres, our males all live, eat and play together with our females (when they're not in season) Everybody gets along great, they're never kenneled and do their very best to assist us with every daily farm and house chore:) Our farm fresh meat products are available for sale and delivery to the Nelson - Tasman Bays region.
